Several people can be in the same field of Business but when you subscribe to a particular company or individual you choose personality, ethics, style, cost and the various factors that set them apart from the rest. The Lord has not called us to compete but to be unique whilst providing diversity in the same field. Everyone is looking to see who is doing what and comparing prices but the cost of an item is not everything, there are other factors such as Authenticity, Fair Policies, Timely Delivery and most importantly Good Relationships, among so many other valuable factors.
Also, it won’t be fair to compare a Sole Trading Business with a Company that has 2-10 employees, as many factors will differ, from fees all the way down to relationships.
There is more than enough room for everyone to thrive, however, some may have it harder than others because bigger opportunities are always given to friends, family, and familiar links because people generally won’t recommend a Business unless they can gain something in return, that’s just life.
Also people make decisions based on how many are already on your portfolio which is insane because trying a Brand for the first time adds to a Businesses portfolio.
Yet we are give more to those who already have a lot more, and those with little, are given less opportunities to gain expansion.
Take a second to think if that makes sense.
It is just as good as telling someone you can’t hire them with experience in a particular field. If everyone says that, how and when will they gain experience?
When Referrals are far and few it falls back on the strength of your Businesses Marketing Campaign.
Money makes money so, in the absence of referrals those who spend more in advertising makes more revenue, it is as simple as that, everything costs something. Which has the good side to it because anything that comes too easy won’t be cherished.
You can be how talented, if people don’t know you exist they cannot patronize in your services.
